How long does shipping take?

To be safe, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to keep up with your delivery. You can track your order by clicking here.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We also accept AfterPay.

In checkout, once you enter your delivery address and confirm your delivery method, you will be presented with each payment method.

Can I return my order?

If for any reason you decide it just isn't for you, you can return it within 45 days for a full refund! We accept returns in your home country - no complicated overseas returns!

Our head office/headquarters are in Melbourne, VIC. Our products are dispatched via warehouses across the world, including USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, Asia.

Do to having customers all around the world, we are unable to offer phone support at this time.

Can I cancel or change my order?
